Site Launch Auditor

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

This policy explains how Site Launch Auditor, a product of Blue Digix, LLC published under the Blue Digix Labs developer name, handles information when performing a website audit.

Information the tool processes

Site Launch Auditor receives the public website URL a user asks it to audit. To perform the audit, the service requests publicly accessible web resources associated with that site, such as HTML pages, robots.txt, sitemap files, redirects, and related public metadata.

The tool is designed for public websites. It does not require users to provide account passwords, API keys, payment information, medical information, government identifiers, or private repository credentials.

How information is used

The submitted URL and publicly accessible website content are processed only to perform the requested launch-readiness audit, produce findings, enforce technical safety limits, and operate or troubleshoot the service.

Storage and operational logs

The application does not intentionally maintain a user database of audit reports or persist fetched website content as a product feature. Temporary processing occurs while an audit runs. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain standard operational logs such as request timestamps, network information, response status, and error information according to their own infrastructure settings and retention practices.

Third-party processing

Site Launch Auditor is delivered through ChatGPT and uses third-party hosting infrastructure to run its remote service. Those providers may process information necessary to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

External websites

The auditor may identify links or redirects to third-party websites. Valid external redirect destinations are not fetched and scored as part of the audited site. Blue Digix does not control the privacy practices of external websites.

Security and restricted targets

The service includes safeguards intended to reject local or private network targets and unsupported URL types. Users should not attempt to use Site Launch Auditor to access private systems, authenticated resources, or content they are not authorized to test.

Your choices and requests

For questions about this policy, product data handling, or a request concerning information controlled by Blue Digix, use the Site Launch Auditor support page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or its infrastructure changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
