These terms govern use of Site Launch Auditor, a product of Blue Digix, LLC published under the Blue Digix Labs developer name.
Purpose of the service
Site Launch Auditor provides automated, informational analysis of publicly accessible websites. It is intended to help users identify common launch-readiness issues involving crawlability, indexing signals, redirects, canonical URLs, metadata, structured-data syntax, and other basic site checks.
Authorized use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only against publicly accessible URLs you are permitted to evaluate. You may not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, obtain confidential information, interfere with third-party systems, or conduct abusive automated activity.
No guarantees
Audit results are automated and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. A result does not guarantee search-engine crawling, indexing, ranking, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, cybersecurity, uptime, conversion performance, or fitness for launch. Users remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what changes, if any, to make.
Crawl limits and third-party destinations
The service may cap the number of routes checked during an audit. Pages outside the crawl sample may therefore be missed. External websites and valid external redirect destinations are outside the audit scope and may be identified without being fetched or scored.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Blue Digix may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue functionality as needed for maintenance, safety, product changes, or platform requirements.
Third-party services
Site Launch Auditor depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including ChatGPT and hosting providers. Blue Digix is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by systems it does not control.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Launch Auditor is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The service is an informational tool and is not legal, security, accessibility, or search-engine optimization certification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Digix, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on Site Launch Auditor.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
